| I?ve been bringing my car to Fowers for years and I likely won?t change anytime soon. They?ve always been fair and treated me well. This last time I had to take it in, it was an expensive job, but they gave me a coupon a didn?t even realize I qualified for or was available. They could have kept that $30 but they didn?t. I did have to take it back and found that some of the work they?d done a year prior needed to be fixed. It happens; these guys are human and sometimes there are faulty parts. But it was under warranty and they fixed everything, including a little extra thing they noticed, and didn?t charge a thing, even for the extra work they did. This is why I will always come back here. |

| Fowers Employees are very knowledgeable, honest and get the work done on time. I've have had them fix my cars for over 20 years, I trust them every time no doubt! |

| Very happy - we had a transmission replaced through a warranty and was very happy with the service provided. We also took a vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection and we will be coming back when we have more repairs needed in the future. |

| You won?t find a more honest shop around. They have contacted me after I left letting me know that due to something small they misdiagnosed and figured out later in the job, that they forgot to refund me the difference in a part they put it that I ended up not needing. I would have never known but they contacted me to give me $100 refund. Honest, nice and good quality work. Been using them for 5 years now. Holly and Cory are as great!! |

| There was some loose trim on our car. Fowers normally does not do this kind-of work. After dropping off the car, they called less then an hour later stating the work was done. When I asked "How much?" I was told "No charge." The trim they repaired is on tighter than the other side. Fowers always goes above and beyond to do an excellent job. |
